After this I could reinstall the sd-card.We will start with Method 1, which involves using the Samsung Smart Switch app. So I'm waiting for a player, which works together with mmĮdit: Was your mtp-driver installed correctly? I couldn't install the driver till I removed the sd-card. So I rate new songs on my phone and transcribe the ratings manually to mm. ![]() The only method is, copying all changes tracks back to their original location. Next challenge is: how do you change a rating on the galaxy and sync it back? Syncing via USB is 3 to 5 times faster then via mtp and all playlists (mm4) are copied. So you have to set the transfermode to USB in the settings (sorry - I can't tell you the english descriptions). Syncing via the mtp-driver always ends in loosing the playlists. One problem of the samsung is, that the mtp-driver doesn't work correctly (I think). Ok - I have 100% the same definition of a project (hardware identical and the task of syncing the ratings). Any help appreciated.ītw, wrong forum, I know, but if anyone has any questions about the Samsung Galaxy SII, then feel free to PM me. The above all might be a problem with the way tags are used in the android music players, but I was hoping MM would be compatible with android phones. I want to be able to change ratings on the phone so they sync back onto the MM db when I next sync. My music ratings do not appear in any music player on the phone or even on Kies (the samsung software) When I sync MM with the 32GB microsd card in my Samsung Galaxy SII, the playlists do not get copied over (I have tried multiple music players on the phone). I have moved to a Samsung Galaxy S II running on Android v2.3 Gingerbread I also assigned ratings to tracks on my iPhone which would be sync'd back onto MM database - NO PROBLEMS when using iPhone with MM. I have been an iPhone user and always used MM to create autoplaylists and sync my music. ![]()
